38.SUBSCRIPTION
A)
The monthly subscription of member shall be Rs75/-
B)
An additional special levy from the members may be collected
by decision of the General Body of the Divisional/Branch Union.
39.ALLOCATION
A) The Divisional/Branch
Unions shall remit quota of subscription to the higher bodies of the Union
regularly every month.
B) The monthly subscription
shall be allocated as under:-

C) The Divisional/Branch Secretaries of the Unions who do not remit due quota to the
Circle Union and/or to the CHQ and /or to the NFPE for a period of three
consecutive months shall be liable to be suspended by the CWC of the higher
bodies on issue of a Notice of 30 days by the Financial Secretary of
Circle/CHQ. The CHQ has the authority to seek from the DDOs concerned to
directly remit the subscriptions collected by them to CHQ or to the Circle
Union as the case may be. The allocation of subscription as per sub clause (b)
above shall thereupon be done by the Circle/CHQ concerned until the rights of
the branch/divisional union is restored back.
Note:5% of the
subscription shall be the NFPE Quota.
