Preparation of Calenders=18000, out of which 2000 received from Circle Secty
GDS AIPEU against 100 calenders as such net cost of calenders for AIPEUGroup C
is only 16000/-
Note 5.Out of closing
balance Rs4000/- given to Divisional Secty as Advance for union activities as
such the finacle account shows balance of Rs21782.
