Dear Comrades
Now the Srinagar Postal Division is under the Administrative control of New SSPOs Srinagar Sh Javaid Ahmad Haji Sahab. So following advisory are hereby issued to all.
1.Office timing should be adhered in letter and spirit.
2. Work should be done in a careful manner with full devotion and sincerity.
3. Office should be kept neat and clean.
4. Grievances, if any shall be communicated to Divisional head immediately.
5. Compliance of every order shall be given in time bound manner.
6. Discipline should be maintained in every respect.
7. Every effort shall be made to achieve targets alloted.
8. Office should not be deserted without prior permission from the Competent Authority.
9. Over stayal of leave should be avoided.
10. Leave shall be applied well in advance.
11. Complaints shall be settled on daily basis.
12. Nothing should be done which is unbecoming of a govt servant.etc etc
13. Every effort shall be made to keep the division at the top.
By this Srinagar Division will achieve the best and be the topper in J&K Postal Circle in every respect.
