Sub: Booking of post examination sensitive material of UPSC.
This is regarding booking of post examination sensitive material of UPSC for the examination to be held on 10.04.2022.
2. It has been brought to the notice of Parcel Directorate that Circles are facing issue in acceptance of sensitive exam material packed in cloth cover/dosuti bag in the light of recent "Parcel Packaging Policy" which stipulates that no parcel should be accepted wrapped in Cloth packaging.
3. Implementation of instructions as above by UPSC in a short period of time, will be difficult. Circles are, therefore, requested to allow booking of post examination materials of UPSC, packed in cloth cover for the examination to be held on 10.04.2022. Under no circumstance, booking of examination material of UPSC for the examination to be held on 10.04.2022 should be refused at any booking centre/Post Office.
4. All nodal officers and booking centers/Post Offices be informed immediately for necessary action in this regard.
