RTI Reply received from our JK Circle which is still incomplete information without CCTV footage and other relevant information.
As Divisional Secretary was one of the candidate in said exam and he as well as rest of candidates witnessed that our Worthy ADPS (Staff) was also present at exam centre as well as inside my room. But RTI reveals clearly that ADPS staff was not assigned any duty of invigilator or other duty.
How Worthy Anchal Chambyal was present there without any duty?
